  • Evolutionaries – The catalysts for transformation

• Identifying your dominant archetype and its role in your leadership

Week 4: Conscious Communication & Authentic Relating

• Mastering deep listening and heart-centered communication

• How to navigate difficult conversations and disagreements

• Building emotional intelligence and resilience in leadership

• Practicing Authentic Relating (AR) and T-Group dynamics

 

Week 5: Conflict Resolution & Restorative Justice

• Understanding the root causes of conflict in communities

• The art of mediation and nonviolent communication

• Unity Circles and other conflict resolution frameworks

• Creating agreements that foster trust and cooperation

 

Week 6: Legal & Organizational Structures for Community Projects

• Understanding the legal landscape of intentional communities

• Private membership associations (PMAs) and 508(c)(1)(a) structures

• Governance models: hybrid voting, consensus, sociocracy, and council systems

• Financial planning and structuring community ownership

 

Week 7: Event Organization & Game World Building in Practice

• Designing immersive, transformational community experiences

• Creating events that foster connection, learning, and deep engagement

• Mapping out your own game world—defining its rules, agreements, and purpose

• Practical exercises in building out community initiatives

 

Week 8: Bringing it All Together – Personal & Collective Visioning
