Padme OM is a Conscious Community Advisor, New Governance System Teacher, and Visionary Facilitator with a deep passion for intentional communities, shadow work, and leadership development. His journey began at Rainbow Gatherings, where he helped scout locations and co-create camps and kitchens, fostering organic, decentralized communities from a young age.

His experience spans art, activism, and mentorship, including being part of the core team at MEOW WOLF as an artist, builder, and manager, as well as working with at-risk youth on transformative rafting trips. Having grown up in unconventional circumstances—foster care, low-income housing, and self-reliance—he brings a grounded, lived experience to his work.

Padme is a catalyst for community everywhere. He is the founder of Wild Heart Sanctuary, the owner of Awaken Earth, and part of the core team at Actualize Earth in Boulder, Colorado. His expertise includes game world design, regenerative leadership, and conflict resolution, with a unique focus on shadow integration as a tool for deep personal and collective transformation.
